About The Position

AAA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance. In this role, you will consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products. You will also assist customers with travel planning, including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages, and manage and respond to RACC calls continuously throughout the day. Additionally, you will contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.
• This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
