About The Position
We're looking for an outgoing, reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our Rocky Hill team. You'll guide customers through our product selection, answer questions, and help create a great shopping experience.
Requirements
- Flexible availability required, including weekends (our busiest days are Fri–Sun)
- Must be 21+
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must pass DCP requirements
Nice To Haves
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Cannabis knowledge a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and recommend products that fit their needs
- Educate customers on products, strains, and consumption methods
- Process sales using our POS system
- Verify customer age/ID per Connecticut DCP regulations
- Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized
