About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role supports sales and store operations by assisting with product selection, providing automotive advice, maintaining inventory, and contributing to a positive and knowledgeable retail environment. Associates work with store managers and teammates and use AutoZone systems to stay current on parts, tools, and promotions. They also use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

The position requires availability for a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Associates must be at least 16 years old and able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to support a motivated, productive store environment and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Use structured processes to complete tasks efficiently, follow safety policies, and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
