About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll represent Best Buy to customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. This role is suited to someone who enjoys sales or helping people.

The associate welcomes and engages customers, demonstrates products, answers questions, makes recommendations across departments, and completes cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges. The role also involves ongoing learning, keeping the sales floor clean and well stocked, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
