About The Position

Skechers is seeking an entry-level Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, to help customers find suitable footwear, apparel, and accessories while contributing to store sales and operations. The role focuses on personalized customer service, meeting sales goals, handling cashier duties, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with the store team to create an inviting environment that reflects Skechers brand standards. Associates organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise. The work requires staying on your feet throughout most of the shift and occasionally lifting and carrying shoes and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. The position offers on-the-job training and potential for growth within Skechers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Eager to provide excellent customer service in an entry-level retail role.
• Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
