About The Position
Road Runner Sports is seeking experienced Retail Sales Associates, referred to as Fit Experts, to join the world’s largest running, walking, hiking, and athletic footwear retailer. The company was recognized as the 2023 Footwear Retailer of the Year and has grown from a San Diego garage over 42 years ago to 53 stores nationwide. This role involves joining a team that shares a passion for a healthy and active lifestyle, making a difference in customers’ lives by helping them on their journey to a healthier life. It is a sales-based position where individuals will receive tools and training for success and be rewarded through a generous bonus program for customer service and achieving sales goals.
