About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate provides an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty. The role represents the LensCrafters brand, helps customers find products, maintains store presentation standards, and supports customer-service needs, including complex situations involving VIP clientele. Associates stay informed about the product assortment and follow management instructions, company rules, and professional regulations. The position may occasionally assist with opening and closing duties and attend work meetings.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while focusing on customer experience.
Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent customer experience.
Inform merchandisers or managers about stocking needs.
Maintain visual standards set by management and the company.
Resolve customer issues and involve management when assistance is needed.
Provide high-touch service in complex situations involving VIP clientele and support VIP retention.
Stay current and knowledgeable about the product assortment.
Follow instructions from management or superiors.
Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and the company’s code of conduct.
Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to a manager.
Represent the brand by drawing on personal style and connections to local and broader communities.
