About The Position
The part-time Retail Sales Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do the job. The anticipated pay rate is $18.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families may participate in limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability benefits. Eligible associates may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue up to 152 hours per year of paid time off, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, and up to 64 hours per year of paid sick time unless otherwise required by law. Scheduling is described as respectful, during store operating hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter and offers a clear path to promotion with full-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide a great experience for customers.
- Handle various sales transactions.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
