About The Position

UNIQLO is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with competitive hourly pay. As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Requirements

• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Adherence to brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
• Proficiency in managing customer needs and exceeding expectations using UNIQLO service standards, Fundamental Principles, and standard phrases.
• Knowledge of fitting room standards and ability to assist as needed.
• Ability to act as cashier and follow cashier protocol.
• Capability to process shipments and ensure merchandise is fully represented on the sales floor.
• Willingness to assist management in identifying and resolving store issues.
• Ability to provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
• Commitment to following all company policies and procedures and notifying management of infractions.
• Willingness to assist with special projects as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
• Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles and saying the 6 standard phrases.
• Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
• Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol
• Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run
• Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
• Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management
