About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking motivated, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will contribute to providing an excellent customer experience and offering technology solutions from AT&T products and services available through My Wireless. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the purchasing process in an energetic environment. As you develop and succeed, opportunities for advancement and financial rewards become available. My Wireless is a rapidly expanding AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 240 locations across the US and Puerto Rico, focused on inspiring team members through knowledge, habits, and skills to connect with customers and achieve goals.

Requirements

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally able to be employed in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
