About The Position

To provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer and assist store leadership in performing daily operations and objectives of the store.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
1-2 years of progressively responsible retail experience preferred.
Cash handling experience strongly preferred.
Merchandising experience desired (Floor/Window Displays)
Social media experience to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
Outgoing, friendly, positive and customer-focused
Ability to commit to scheduled work hours with a reliable mode of transportation
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, both inside and outside of the organization

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service by acknowledging all customers and being attentive to shopper’s needs.
Stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels in accordance with store processes and procedures.
Price and label products in accordance with store processes and procedures.
Price and labeling of closeout section in backroom.
Price and process products from Shipping/Returns Department.
Keyholder - opening and closing duties for weekdays/weekends.
Sets zone schedule and duties for team.
Ensure fast and accurate service during customer shopping and check-out process.
Perform general store maintenance and cleaning as assigned.
Assist in large event sales, including the bi-annual Mason Tent Sale, Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.
Assist in performing annual inventory in accordance with store processes and procedures.
