Must be over 18 to apply As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you're the heart of the front desk — welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check-ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship-focused sales process. You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. If you love talking to people — and love listening even more — this role was made for you. You'll use our proprietary Service Path tools to connect with every client — turning first visits into lasting wellness relationships. With clear targets, ongoing training, and a supportive team around you, this is a role where your people skills directly drive your earning potential and career growth in the wellness industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required
