Responsibilities
- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Build lasting relationships by learning each client's wellness goals
- Guide clients through a consultative, relationship-focused membership conversation
- Recommend memberships, service enhancements, and retail products that support each client's wellness journey
- Meet and exceed membership and sales goals
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications by phone, text, and in person
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to strengthen relationships and increase retention
- Resolve client questions with confidence, empathy, and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture
