About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
  • The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
  • The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience preferred.
  • Experience selling memberships, services, or retail products is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling and point-of-sale software.
  • Professional, dependable, and punctual with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking initiative independently.
  • Ability to remain calm, positive, and solution-oriented when resolving client concerns.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
  • Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.
  • Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming clients, answering questions, and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
  • Build strong client relationships by recommending the Elements Wellness Program and educating clients on the benefits of membership.
  • Schedule appointments, manage provider schedules, and maintain accurate client records using company systems.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail transactions accurately.
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism while seeking opportunities to create loyal, long-term clients.
  • Support daily studio operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
  • Collaborate with massage therapists and fellow team members to ensure efficient studio operations.
  • Meet individual and studio performance goals for memberships, retail sales, and client satisfaction.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
