Requirements

Prior in‑person sales experience required (membership or service‑based sales preferred)
Strong communication skills with a professional, confident presence
Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and support clients with professionalism
Comfortable with technology; MindBody experience helpful
Availability for mornings, evenings and weekends
Values integrity, teamwork, accountability, and high‑quality client care

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Promote and sell the Elements Wellness Program using a proven, client‑centered process
Build long‑term client relationships and support retention
Provide a professional, welcoming experience at check‑in and check‑out
Process payments and appointments accurately and efficiently
Communicate clearly with clients, therapists, and managers
Support internal and external marketing and promotional efforts
Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold brand standards
Manage and follow up with leads to generate appointments and membership opportunities
