Elements Massage is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Client Experience Specialist for their Allentown Studio. This role involves engaging clients, promoting wellness programs and services, and ensuring a positive client experience. The ideal candidate is a natural connector who enjoys building relationships and is passionate about wellness. Requirements

• Prior experience selling memberships, services, or products in-person
• Hospitality skills—maybe from retail, spa, or customer service roles
• Comfort with simple scheduling and payment systems (we’ll teach you!)
• A drive to support your team and uplift every client who walks through our doors

Responsibilities

• Promote services, skincare products and our Wellness Program, meeting performance goals
• Provide great customer service in person, through text/email and on the phone
• Schedule appointments on the phone and in person
• Maintain a clean facility by completing daily laundry and cleaning tasks
