About The Position
Our clients are looking for outgoing and professional Brand Ambassadors and Retail Sales Associates to fill their hiring needs! As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for engaging customers at major retail locations and training them on the benefits of the products and services. Your primary goal is to drive sales by education.
Requirements
- One year retail sales and/or training/demonstrating experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Engaging and impactful presentation and training skills.
- Must be available to work weekends; Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday.
- High school diploma or GED; some college education preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of products and increase brand awareness by educating consumers and store associates.
- Delivers exceptional customer service.
- Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
- Understand and articulate product details in an engaging, enthusiastic, and persuasive manner with the ability to easily connect with consumers.
- Complete all training within established timelines.
- Effectively report market activities and trends on a daily basis.
- Adheres to all company policies procedures and safety standards.
- Able to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities as needed.
- Ensure all scheduled shifts are completed, including clocking in/out as per given guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
