About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing an excellent customer experience and offering AT&T products and services. The position requires engaging with customers, educating them on products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic environment. As associates learn and succeed, they become eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
