About The Position

This position is an important part of the customer experience at Snow’s Furniture. The successful candidate will help keep the sales process organized, support our salespeople, and make sure customers receive friendly and timely assistance from the moment they enter the store through the completion of their purchase.

Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Previous furniture or retail experience is not required

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and help connect them with a sales team member
Provide general assistance to customers throughout their shopping experience
Support commissioned salespeople with customer service and administrative duties
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Enter sales, customer information, and product orders accurately
Assist customers and salespeople with financing applications and paperwork
Follow up with customers regarding purchases, orders, financing, and other needs
Help maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom
Assist with product pricing, tagging, merchandising, and inventory-related tasks
Learn and use the company’s point-of-sale and other technology systems
Work cooperatively with the sales and management teams
Perform other reasonable store-support duties as needed
