About The Position
Purdys Chocolatier, voted one of Canada's Best Employers, is seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead for their shop in Village Green Shopping Centre. This role reports to the Shop Management and assists in ensuring efficient operations related to merchandising, customer service, and general shop functions, adhering to company policies. The Team Lead will guide staff but will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Success in this role comes from engaging customers, driving sales, and fostering a team environment. The position requires availability for all shift types, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a minimum of 4 days per week availability.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry.
- Self-motivated and driven for results.
- Enthusiastic about selling a quality product.
- Dedicated to providing a great customer experience.
- Energetic and enjoy meeting new people.
- Excited about working with a team and building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier.
- Available for all types of shifts.
- Minimum availability 4 days per week.
