About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products and answer questions while maintaining a welcoming environment across store areas. You also stock and rotate products, maintain displays, update pricing or signage, monitor product availability, and organize the backroom. The role involves working across departments and handling varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer service, basic math and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English. Team members must follow company policies and safety, sanitation, and dress standards. The work involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in different environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Scheduling may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to follow company safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
