About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different store areas. You also stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, keep displays in good condition, and organize the backroom. The work involves handling inventory, supporting different departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older; some role requirements may require being 18 or older.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs., and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Clear, helpful customer communication skills.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
