About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, maintain displays, and organize the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer assistance, stocking and merchandising, attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and use of equipment in accordance with safety guidelines. It also involves extended standing and walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
