About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and keep displays and backroom areas organized. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer service, stocking and merchandising, attention to detail, organization, time management, and awareness of inventory levels. You may use equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, and handheld devices, following training and safety guidelines. The work involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some role requirements may require being at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
