About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store.

You help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role may require standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in different environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Work schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in backroom and outdoor areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Clear, helpful customer communication skills.
• Experience stocking and merchandising products, including placing and facing items and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Organization and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Inventory awareness, including monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering.
