About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You also help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some role requirements may require employees to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.

• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
