About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers with locating products and answering questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. Your work includes restocking shelves, helping customers with selections, and supporting a smooth shopping experience.

You help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment. Physical work includes extended standing and walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
