About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You also stock and rotate products, maintain displays, update pricing or signage, and keep the backroom organized. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Organization, time management, inventory awareness, and adaptability across tasks and departments.

Responsibilities
