About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers with locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing and signage, maintain displays, and keep the backroom organized. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to communicate clearly and helpfully with customers.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organized work areas.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks, departments, and priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience stocking and merchandising products, maintaining displays, and facing items.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Experience monitoring inventory and assisting with restocking and ordering.

Responsibilities
