About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers with locating products and answering questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You also stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, maintain displays, and organize the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to communicate helpfully with customers, organize work areas, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Experience stocking shelves, facing products, maintaining displays, and familiarity with store layout, pricing, and merchandise across departments.
