About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers with finding products and answering questions, while helping maintain a welcoming environment throughout the store.

You help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves working across different departments, handling inventory, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
