About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers with locating products and answering questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing and signage, and keep displays and the backroom organized. The work involves handling inventory, supporting different departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age; some roles may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
