About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, easy to shop, and welcoming. You assist customers with locating products and answering questions while supporting their shopping experience across different store areas.

You help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment. Physical work includes extended standing and walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.

This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunity. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Starting pay is no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Benefits may depend on length of service, hours worked, applicable agreements, and company policy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some role requirements may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Clear, helpful customer communication skills.
• Experience stocking and merchandising products, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Organization and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain clean work areas.
• Inventory awareness, including monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering.
