About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, help with selections, and maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You also stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, maintain displays, and keep the backroom organized. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities. Team members must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age; some role requirements may require the employee to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills are required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
