About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, maintain displays, and organize the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to follow company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Awareness of inventory levels and experience assisting with restocking or ordering.
• Comfort using equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, or handheld devices while following safety guidelines.
• Adaptability to changing tasks, departments, and priorities.
