About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers with locating products and answering questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and keep displays and the backroom organized. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require candidates to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing tasks, departments, and priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Experience monitoring inventory and assisting with restocking and ordering.
