About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, help with selections, and maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You also keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across different departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 60 lbs. Work may take place in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. The schedule may be flexible and include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members must follow company policies and safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age; some roles require team members to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines when operating equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters.
• Compliance with company safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
