About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and keep displays and backroom areas in good condition. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunity. Starting rates are no less than the local minimum wage and may vary by location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs., and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Clear, helpful customer communication skills.
• Experience stocking shelves, facing products, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail with pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removal of outdated items.
• Organization and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks and maintaining clean work areas.
• Inventory awareness and experience monitoring stock levels or assisting with restocking and ordering.
• Adaptability to changing tasks, departments, and priorities.
