About The Position

Ready to lead and make an impact? Join our reset team and help transform retail spaces by leading store setups and merchandising resets. This is a hands-on leadership role with overnight schedules and travel (up to 75%). The Reset Supervisor leads teams of up to 10 associates to execute store reset and remodel projects. You will oversee fixture installation, product placement, and signage execution based on planograms while ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and within budget.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of retail or reset experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication abilities
• Ability to travel and work overnight shifts
• Demonstrates an ongoing commitment to SPIRIT values of Service, Pride Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements are required, as well as access to reliable transportation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

Nice To Haves

• Experience reading planograms/CAD drawings
• Experience with hand or small electric tools

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site reset teams and ensure quality, productivity, and safety
• Execute projects based on planograms and CAD layouts
• Make real-time decisions to keep projects on track and within budget
• Inspect completed work to ensure customer expectations are met
• Communicate effectively with store leadership, contractors, and team members
• Complete required project documentation
