Retail Reset Associate - Nights
About The Position
We are looking for Reset and Remodel Associates to efficiently reset and rearrange store shelves according to defined planograms. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and providing excellent service, while making a visible impact in the retail environment. We are currently seeking individuals with Overnight availability. If you are a night owl looking for a new challenge and someone who prefers to get to work during night shifts, we have positions available that will suit your lifestyle. This position is primarily Overnight work that focuses on completing reset projects for local retailers. The Reset Associate provides support to projects for our customers in a variety of retail, grocery, and warehouse environments. The Reset Associate performs tasks including but not limited to store resets, remodels, reading and acting on planograms, and cleaning and resetting products, shelves, pegs, and tags. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned
- Proven ability to work in solo and team environments is required
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to use hands and wrists regularly including repetitive motions.
- Ability to work in low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, as well as frequent standing.
Nice To Haves
- Retail, Reset, Remodel or Merchandising experience is a plus
- Experience working with planograms and full components of a reset, to deliver excellence to each project is preferred
- Team-orientated, highly motivated, and self-driven individuals are preferred
- Returning to the workforce
- Military experience
- Do not have a high school or college degree
- Experience in Retail, Reset, Remodel, Construction, Customer Service, Driver and/or Warehouse work.
