About The Position

Love organizing and rearranging? Join our reset team and get to give stores a fresh look! We are looking for Reset and Remodel Associates to efficiently reset and rearrange store shelves according to defined planograms. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and providing excellent service, while making a visible impact in the retail environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Proven ability to work in solo and team environments is required
Effective customer relations skills meant to always deliver exceptional service
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to use hands and wrists regularly including repetitive motions
Ability to work in low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, as well as frequent standing.

Nice To Haves

Retail, Reset, Remodel or Merchandising experience is a plus
Experience working with planograms and full components of a reset, to deliver excellence to each project is preferred
Team-orientated, highly motivated, and self-driven individuals are preferred
Candidates who are returning to the workforce
Candidates with military experience
Candidates who do not have a high school or college degree
Experience in Retail, Reset, Remodel, Construction, Customer Service, Driver and/or Warehouse work.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks including but not limited to store resets, remodels, reading and acting on planograms, and cleaning and resetting products, shelves, pegs, and tags.
