About The Position

Merchandising Consultants Associates (MCA) is a leading Canadian Merchandising Company providing top-notch services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across Canada. Our diverse range of services includes Merchandising, Sales, Price Collection, Retail Audits, Retail Store Renovations, and so much more. This is a part-time, hourly position with casual hours, typically scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, offering flexibility.

Requirements

• Familiarity with merchandising in a grocery, drug store or big box setting.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
• Self-starter mindset, thriving under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic Merchandiser role.
• Enthusiasm and a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
• A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential.
• Must reside in the specified location and be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
• Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.
• Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company’s clients.
• Keeping all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
• Forming and maintaining strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
• Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.
