Key responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, managing truck processes, executing planogram and AD set processes, and overseeing shrink and safety programs. The role also involves serving as Manager on Duty (MOD), maintaining visual merchandising standards, participating in team member onboarding and development, and assisting with customer interactions and omni-channel processes. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also a component of this role.
