The position requires addressing issues from consumer credit audits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and applying risk management principles to protect the Bank's assets. The banker makes credit recommendations for personal lending, acts as a key team member, and integrates marketing promotions into customer conversations. They are expected to contribute to improving the overall customer experience, follow risk and compliance policies, stay current with financial services market trends, and identify suspicious activities related to money laundering. The role involves completing complex tasks, analyzing issues, and making sound, risk-informed decisions.
