About The Position

The Retail Regional Manager supports the Vice President of Retail in leading a group of Simon Pearce stores to strong and sustainable performance. This role ensures each location delivers a consistent, welcoming experience that reflects the character of our handmade glass and pottery. The Regional Manager partners with Retail teams to achieve sales and profitability goals, maintain operational excellence, and cultivate a culture of thoughtful hospitality. Working closely with Planning, Marketing, and Creative teams, this role helps bring our brand story to life in stores—connecting customers to the craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design behind every piece.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of retail leadership experience, including multi-unit or store management experience.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, financial performance, and team leadership.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across stores, teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Passion for customer experience, craftsmanship, and storytelling through product.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coaches store teams to meet and exceed sales goals through active selling and meaningful client relationships.
  • Guides and monitors clienteling outreach to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Partners with Visual Merchandising to present product in a way that highlights craftsmanship, quality, and beauty—maximizing productivity per square foot.
  • Reviews store performance regularly and coaches Retail teams to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintains consistent operational standards across all stores to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Oversees inventory practices to ensure product availability while minimizing loss and excess.
  • Manages payroll and staffing to support both business needs and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensures store environments reflect the Simon Pearce brand—clean, organized, and thoughtfully maintained.
  • Fosters a warm and welcoming store environment that encourages customers to return and engage with the brand.
  • Ensures teams confidently share the story of Simon Pearce—our handmade process, heritage, and commitment to quality.
  • Supports clienteling initiatives tied to new product launches, seasonal moments, and customer outreach.
  • Maintains retail spaces that reflect the care, beauty, and character of our products.
