About The Position

As a member of the purchasing team, this position receives all retail merchandise; verifies all merchandise against packing slips noting discrepancies, quantity, specifications, pricing, and delivering merchandise to Retail shops. Our employees represent the Broadmoor brand and are Ambassadors of our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

Receive all retail shipments
Verify retail merchandise against computer generated receiving document, noting any discrepancies in quantity, quality and specifications
Communicate any discrepancies to the retail buyers
Process all paperwork in a timely manner to insure prompt payment of vendor invoices
Process of all receiving documents & ticketing of all merchandise
Deliver all ticketed merchandise to the proper retail shops
Use the TrackIT system to maintain delivery logs and obtain proof of delivery signatures
Maintain a list of received items with no PO’s and send to retail buyers regularly
Maintain the retail receiving area in a neat, clean, and safe manor including the restrooms
Adheres to performance standards
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
