About The Position

The Retail Project Coordinator will manage multiple projects from start to finish within budget and timeframe, recognize opportunities for growth and develop systems to achieve them. This role involves coordinating and preparing materials for campaign execution, partnering with various bank departments and outside vendors to coordinate campaigns, implement procedures, and produce results. The coordinator will also achieve financial objectives by negotiating with vendors and suppliers, initiate partnership/business development within the community to promote sales production, and research alternative sales methods and products. Additionally, the role assists with planning and coordinating events supported by the Retail Department, maintains accurate and organized records for each project, proofs and edits material to assure error-free communication, and provides weekly status reports to management. Travel may be required depending on business needs.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be a Branch Supervisor or above with a minimum of 2 years of FCB branch experience
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Graphic Design preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Teams, Canva, and PowerPoint preferred
