About The Position

As a Retail Product Support Lead at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you will oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to ensure smooth inventory flow and back-end support. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment within a retail store warehouse setting. This role involves physical work, including lifting up to 75 lbs., assembling merchandise, and managing product flow, along with cross-functional collaboration with store teams and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management or team lead experience preferred.
• Proven success in a warehouse or back-end retail environment.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Mechanically inclined and able to assemble furniture.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to safely assemble furniture using tools.
