Maintains department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance, and overall profitability. Ensures products are available to the customer in a timely manner and all item parameters are accurately maintained in the product management software. This role involves assisting store management with gross profit analysis, inventory management, pricing verification, and ensuring accurate product placement and ordering for advertised, EDLP, and RDA items. The specialist will also manage special buys, obsolete inventory, and work with DSD vendors.
