About The Position

We are seeking a Retail Processing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the Distro team and organize picking and workflow activities in a high-volume distribution center. You will ensure the team meets and maintains productivity, accuracy and safety standards for all picking and order processing operations. Applicants should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent administrative and organizational abilities, and sharp communication skills. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in an order fulfillment or distro role.

Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Must be in good standing with attendance (internal applicants)
1–2 years of experience in order fulfillment
Excellent organization and business administration skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to improve, learn and adapt
Effective time management skills
Ability to handle multiple functions and meet deadlines consistently
Sharp interpersonal and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Overseeing a team of Distro associates and drivers, managing both conveyable and non-conveyable items in the retail area
Leveraging the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to understand daily goals and cadence to maintain building balance and steady workflow
Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing that meets customer expectations
Assessing staffing needs to support fluctuating workloads and maintain operational efficiency
Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and optimize cost-effectiveness
Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and methodologies for all retail processing activities
Developing and measuring key performance indicators to drive productivity improvement
